CATERING

– We use the highest rated catering service to offer you the best food at the best price
– Your “Everything Package” will include a Premiere buffet  with choices of Beef, Chicken, Vegetarian, Salad, hors d’oeuvres, drinks etc.
– To choose your Buffet options be sure to view the “Catering Details” 
– If you would like to choose a different catering option, we also have other dinner services available.

BAR SERVICE

– We have taken care of everything so you can simply enjoy your wedding.  
– Our PERFECT WEDDING “Everything” Bar package provides the bartender, beer, wine, champagne, soda, mixes, water, glassware, napkins and everything you’ll want for your guests to relax and celebrate your special day.
– For specifics on your Bar Service, be sure to view the ‘Catering Details” 
 – If you you would like to choose a different Bar Package, we also have other Bar service options available.

 WEDDING COORDINATOR

– One person to be at your side with every step you take on your special day. 
– Your coordinator will prepare your wedding itenerary & timeline so everyone is on the same page.  Organization and Planning is what we do best.
– Do not have your Mom, cousin, friend or sister try to organize and coordinate the most important day of your life… PLEASE!!!
– Our professional coordinators are familiar with the vendors, facilities, rules, “do-s & don’t-s” of a wedding to ensure your wedding day is perfect ! ! !

PHOTOGRAPHER 

– 5 Hours of coverage for Bridal Preparation, Wedding Ceremony and Reception.
– CD/DVD of hi-resolution images
– photojournalistic style, lightly posed traditional, color, black and white and sepia images
– limited reproduction rights released to you for own printing.

DJ  / MC

–  5 HOURS of “Master of Ceremonies” during the reception
– Announce special events.    i.e. DANCES
– Wireless lapel Microphone for ceremony officiant & Reception Toasts
– Designer uplighting to match your wedding colors 
– Music selections during the wedding is determined by the energy of the dancefloor and not a playlist where you only push “next”… “next”… 

 VIDEOGRAPHER

– 4 HOURS of coverage of Wedding Ceremony and Reception
– Professional Wedding DVD- Wedding Montage style video
– Montage style filming, capturing touching moments without being disruptive to the natural flow of your wedding.
